Delete your account

Use the steps below to permanently delete your TheSurePlug account and associated personal data.

What gets deletedProfile information, saved addresses, notification preferences, and personal identifiers tied to your account. We may retain limited records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes (for example, certain payment and order records) as described in our Privacy Policy.

Option A — Request by email

  1. Email support@thesureplug.com from the address on your account (or include the phone number you use to sign in).
  2. Use subject line: Account deletion request.
  3. Include your registered phone number and which app you use (Customer, Business, or Delivery).
  4. We will verify ownership of the account and process deletion. You will receive a confirmation when complete. Typical turnaround: within 7 days (often sooner).

Option B — From the mobile app

  1. Open the TheSurePlug app and sign in.
  2. Go to Account (or Settings in the Delivery app).
  3. Under Legal, tap Delete account — this opens this page so you can submit a verified request.
  4. You may also contact support from in-app Help and ask an agent to start deletion after identity verification.

After deletion

  • You will lose access to wallet balance, order history, and saved places.
  • Active orders should be completed or cancelled before deletion when possible.
  • Merchant or delivery partner accounts with open payouts may require those to be settled first.
  • Creating a new account later starts fresh; prior data is not restored.
